Radarly is a stock alert service that monitors NSE-listed stocks and sends WhatsApp notifications to users about corporate actions including dividends, bonuses, stock splits, rights issues, and IPOs. Radarly is operated by Ramana, an individual based in Chennai, India.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use Radarly. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

By adding your WhatsApp number to your account, you explicitly consent to receive WhatsApp messages from Radarly. These messages will contain stock-related corporate action alerts based on your watchlist and preferences. You can opt out at any time by removing your number from account settings.

Radarly provides informational alerts about publicly announced corporate actions. Nothing on Radarly constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All investment decisions are your own responsibility. We are not SEBI registered advisors. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

We source corporate action data from publicly available NSE data feeds. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all alerts are complete, accurate, or timely. Radarly is not liable for any financial loss arising from reliance on our alerts.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
